After working in the mental health field for a few years, Nadia became a mom-at-home while continuing the study of yoga.

For the past years Nadia has been teaching classes and workshops in the Boston area and enjoys seeing clients privately in her finely crafted BareSole Yoga studio in Carlisle.

Her passion is bridging ancient practices with modern lives for optimal living.
